Each teacher account is personal and intended for individual professional use only.

Users must:

Keep login credentials secure
Use accurate account information
Protect student data and classroom information
Log out from shared/public devices

Users are fully responsible for activities occurring under their account.

Prohibited Activities

Account Sharing

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Sharing teacher accounts with other teachers, schools, or third parties
Distributing passwords or login credentials
Allowing multiple users to use one paid subscription

Each subscription is licensed for one authorized teacher unless otherwise approved by Eduwaves.

Unauthorized Access

Users may not:

Attempt to access another user's account
Bypass subscription or payment systems
Manipulate permissions, analytics, or grading systems
Use automated tools/bots to abuse platform resources

AI Misuse

Users may not use Mentora AI to:

Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Create discriminatory or offensive material
Produce academic dishonesty or cheating systems
Upload malicious code or harmful files
Generate fake certificates or falsify student records

Content Violations

Users may not upload or distribute:

Copyrighted material without permission
Inappropriate or explicit content
Hate speech or harassment
False or misleading educational information

Student Data & Privacy

Teachers are responsible for protecting student information.

Users must not:

Share student passwords
Publicly distribute student data
Export sensitive information without authorization

Mentora AI may store educational analytics and lesson progress to improve platform functionality.

Subscription & Payment Policy

Paid teacher access requires an active subscription or approved free access period.

If subscription expires, payment fails, or free access period ends, Teacher Dashboard access may be suspended until renewal.

Users are not permitted to:

Share subscriptions
Duplicate paid access
Resell platform access without written approval

Fair Usage Policy

Mentora AI provides AI-powered educational tools designed for normal educational use.

Excessive automated usage, spam generation, or abnormal AI consumption that impacts platform stability may result in:

Temporary limitations
Account review
Suspension

Enforcement

Eduwaves reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, remove content, and block abusive activity for violations of this policy.

Severe misuse may result in permanent account termination without refund.

Updates to Policy

Eduwaves may update this policy periodically to improve platform security, compliance, and educational standards.

Continued use of Mentora AI after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
